1. Purpose

SouvenirBox is an online event platform that allows sharing photos, videos, polls, and discussions in a private and secure space.

2. Creating a space

By creating a space, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information (name, email)
• Maintain the confidentiality of your space's password
• Not use the service for illegal or abusive purposes

3. Subscriptions & Payment

• Starter: free, limited features
• Premium (€9/mo) and Pro (€39/mo): monthly billing via Stripe or PayPal
• Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds for early cancellation

4. Image Rights & Consent

The space organizer is solely responsible for obtaining the consent of the individuals appearing in the published photos and videos (and that of legal guardians for minors). SouvenirBox acts solely as a technical hosting provider and declines all liability for media published without consent.

5. User Content & Moderation

You retain full intellectual property rights to the content you share. SouvenirBox does not moderate content a priori. Publishing illegal, violent, or hateful content is strictly prohibited. Any user can report illegal content via our contact form for prompt removal.

"Upload Only" Mode (Mailbox): If the organizer enables this mode to filter protected individuals or sensitive content, they acknowledge being solely responsible for moderating, sorting, and managing this data. The SouvenirBox platform declines all legal liability in the event of a data leak or breach of privacy rules by the organizer.

6. Geolocation Data (GPS)

To enable the "Roadtrip" interactive map feature, the platform extracts geolocation metadata (GPS/EXIF) embedded in your original photos. This data is used exclusively to display the map and is never used for commercial tracking. You can prevent this by removing EXIF data from your photos before uploading.

7. Personal Data (GDPR)

We only collect strictly necessary data:

• Name and email: for identification and technical communication
• IP address: for security and abuse prevention

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.

8. Local Recommendations & B2B Prospecting

To promote local businesses, SouvenirBox may extract and aggregate organic recommendations (reviews, ratings, and pseudonyms) posted by users in the "Good Addresses" section. This feedback may be presented to the relevant merchants as part of our commercial prospecting (B2B Partnerships). Your direct contact data (email, phone) or private media are never shared with them.

9. Hosting, Security & Availability

• Servers securely hosted in Switzerland 🇨🇭 (Infomaniak)
• End-to-end encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
• The service is provided "as is". SouvenirBox strives to ensure high availability and performs regular backups, but does not guarantee absolute continuity and cannot be held liable for accidental data loss.

10. Account Deletion

You can request the deletion of your space and the permanent erasure of all associated data via our contact form. Deletion is completed within 48 hours.

11. Cookies

SouvenirBox only uses essential technical cookies (session maintenance, security). No advertising tracking cookies are used, which is why no consent banner is required.
